CLUB POLICIES

Welcome to Fade It Golf and Social Club! Our mission is to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone can relax, connect, and enjoy golf and social experiences. By visiting Fade It, you agree to the following policies:

General Policies

​

  • Respect all guests, staff, and property at all times.

  • Fade It is a family-friendly venue—please keep language and behavior appropriate.

  • Outside food is welcome, but outside alcohol, drinks, and water bottles are strictly prohibited.

  • All children under 18 must be actively supervised and accompanied by a guardian at ALL times, both inside the facility and on the patio.

  • Fade It is a non-smoking and non-vaping indoor facility. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Golf Simulator Policies

​

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation for check-in.

  • Wear clean, indoor shoes (golf shoes optional, no spikes).

  • Only one person may swing a club at a time; all others must remain behind the hitting line.

  • Handle all clubs and equipment responsibly—guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

  • Guests may bring personal clubs; sanitized loaner clubs are also available.

  • Events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time on the simulator. Hosts and guests are welcome to stay afterward and enjoy the bar, games, or patio once simulator time has ended.

Bar & Beverage Policies

​

  • Valid 21+ ID required for all alcohol purchases.

  • Fade It staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated.

  • Please consume alcohol responsibly—safety is a top priority.

  • Outside alcohol, drinks, and water bottles are not permitted.

Event & Party Policies

​

  • Reservations are required for private events, rentals, and large groups.

  • Payment is required to reserve your event.

  • Decorations must be pre-approved and may not damage walls, floors, or equipment.

  • Event hosts are responsible for ensuring all guests follow club policies.

  • Events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time on the simulator; however, hosts and guests are welcome to continue enjoying other activities, the bar, and patio after simulator use ends.

Membership & League Play

​

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

  • League play times must be reserved in advance.

  • All league participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect other teams.

Safety Policies

​

  • Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

  • 🚫 No running inside the facility.

  • Only one person is allowed inside the simulator at a time.

  • All other golfers must remain behind the table when not swinging.

  • No food or drinks near the computer stand or inside the simulator.

  • Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and any injuries.

  • Guests are responsible for replacing any equipment damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Never swing a golf club outside of designated hitting areas.

  • Report injuries, spills, or hazards to staff immediately.

  • Fade It is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • ⚠️ Waiver of Liability: By participating in activities at Fade It Golf and Social Club, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of indoor golf and social play. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety, and agree not to hold Fade It Golf and Social Club, Inc. liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation.
